Star International Oil Holding Ltd. is a company registered in London, United Kingdom which is an independent oil and gas operation & maintenance services provider and supplier of petroleum material, equipment and technology. Star’s main markets are North America and Central Asia, where Star serves international oil majors i.e. CNPC, CNOOC and Sinopec.

Maintaining safety and reliability while maximizing profit are the core goals of plant operation. To realize this, Star offers wide-ranging O&M (Operation and Maintenance) services for all project stages, from feasibility studies through FEED, EPC and commercial operation.
